Swiss-Belinn Panakkukang

Location pretty central, directly connecting to the mall. For short 2 days stay is OK but not recommended for longer stay.

Service is slow by check in and check out, bathroom is not as clean as expected, wifi is a bit slow, there are constant event going on the 2nd floor.

Staff friendly and helpful, location is very handy especially when you have things to short out around panakukkan Area, cleanliness and you have a lot of choice of breakfast.

- As far I remembered, I always got a room a bit far from main entrance (Door) so I hope next visit I will get a room closer to entrance

Staff slow, food in breakfast was cold, lack of variant (maybe finish due to the sahur, but how come!), in general lack of cleanliness (dusty)..

Be sure to specify if you want a smoking or non-smoking room! We were not aware that we needed to specify it, and ended up in a smoking room.Rooms are a bit worn and old, but the bed was very comfortable.

Have stayed here many times but this time the breakfast was not very good. Water flow in the shower drainage was very slow and when it is dry the toilet have very strong urine smell. Luckily I stayed only for 2 nights this time.

Swiss-Belinn Panakukkang had been one of my favourite place to stay, but I would not recommend this place to stay during COVID-19 pandemic, as me and my siblings did not feel safe and decided to move to other hotel instead of extending which was our original plan. We stayed during the weekend, and we understood that there were weddings and engagement party, and although there were "procedure" such as washing hands and temperature check before getting inside the building, they still need to improve it.. E.g. they did not control how many people could get inside the lift, which sometimes was really full of people that we used the stairs more than elevator during our stay. My sister had complaint and afterwards we saw some personal that regularly desinfected lift's button and even pressed it for uns, but thwy did not restrict how many people that could get inside and letting everyone in. Also, people that roamed around the corridor did not wear masks sometimes!!!And i noticed that they had full Hygiene procedure when entering through the entrance, but you could just easily go through the malls' entrance on the 2nd floor!!!! Our toilet's bidet made a really loud noices when used, but we didnt even energy anymore to complain about it...The price they offered was nice, but in my honest opinion, I'd pay a little bit more (like in our current hotel) to feeo safer and comfortable.
